As a new member of the Just In Time Staffing team, I am thrilled to embark on this journey and make a meaningful impact through creativity. JIT is an extraordinary company dedicated to making a difference in every way possible, and I am truly honored to be a part of it. I graduated from Cleveland State University with a Marketing degree, and it warms my heart to give back to the city that has profoundly shaped my life. Being part of a company that shares my values and commitment to the community is incredibly fulfilling.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, dancing, and spending quality time with my amazing boyfriend and family. These activities help me stay balanced and inspired, allowing me to bring my best self to my work and personal life.

I have spent the last several years learning everything there is to know about the employment industry starting the journey in 2010. In my current role as Regional Sales Director for Just In Time Staffing, I am responsible for business development, client retention, and the overall successes of client’s experience with JIT. This experience has allowed me to identify the fast moving hiring trends within the industry and formulate custom strategies for each client. Like every person… Each client is unique and important to me. I have been a part of this Company almost since the beginning and it has been exciting to be a big part of our growth and success.
There is not another Company in the industry that will do what we do to ensure service!

Crystal Guzman

Onsite Lead

¡Hola! My name is Crystal Guzman, and I’ve been with JIT for three years and counting! I started at the front desk, and six months later, I was promoted to On-Site Lead Recruiter. Recently, I became the On-Site Supervisor for our Middlefield location. Hard work and dedication pay off, and JIT has provided me the opportunity to grow. Being bilingual has enabled me to support a diverse range of clients and candidates, fostering strong relationships daily.
As an On-Site Supervisor, I interact with my staff every day to ensure a positive and productive workplace. The most rewarding part of my job is making a difference in people’s lives, which means everything to me. I’m proud to say Just In Time Staffing is not just my employer; they are family.

Eric Bibler

Regional Sales Manager

I am celebrating year 9 with Just in Time Staffing and am currently a Regional Sales Manager. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people, forming new partnerships and always having fun with my current clients. Every day is something different and that’s what I love the most. I know I am part of something great and want to share that with future clients. I love golf, bowling and quoting movies.
If I’m not working then I am chasing my kids around at different sporting events. Laughter is #1 and you’ll pick up on that in our first interaction.

Regional Client Services Manager

Hi, my name is Eric Melin, and I am the Regional Client Services Manager at Just In Time Staffing. With 30 years of experience in the staffing industry and three years with Just In Time, I oversee multiple clients and offices, primarily focusing on the Westside of Cleveland. As a passionate staffing professional, I take great pride in matching individuals with the perfect job opportunities and assisting our clients in filling challenging roles.
I grew up in Concord, Ohio, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Today, I live in Chardon, Ohio, with my spouse and our three wonderful children.

Holly Nichols

Payroll Supervisor

I have been with Just In Time Staffing for 10.5 years, starting as a front desk receptionist and working my way up to Payroll Supervisor. In my role, I ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time, and I provide crucial support to clients with reporting, invoicing, and data needs. I assist our employees with pay-related issues, portal setup, and employment verifications. I deeply value the relationships I’ve built with our employees, many of whom are long-term and have become an integral part of JIT. I love my job and take pride in being part of a caring and proficient company.
On a personal note, I’ve been married for nine years and have three wonderful kids.

Katie Sideris

Regional, Client Services Manager

My name is Katie, and I am a Regional Manager at JIT, overseeing six locations across OH, PA, and NY. It’s hard to believe I’ve been with JIT for nine years now—time flies when you’re having fun!
I hold two bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and History, as well as an MA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from SRU, where I was the youngest person ever to graduate with a master’s.
What I enjoy most about working at Just In Time are the relationships I’ve developed, both professionally and personally. To grow professionally and become the best version of yourself, you must believe in the goals of the organization you work for, and I truly believe in ours.

Mackenzie Knight

Regional, Client Services Manager

Hi there! My name is Mackenzie and I am the Regional Manager for Just In Time Staffing’s Mentor territory. Joining Just In Time Staffing family in 2018, I quickly learned the business and love it! As a Lake Erie College Graduate and lifetime Lake County resident, I enjoy being able to work in my own community with the Mentor team in helping candidates achieve their professional goals and finding job security.
As a team, we excel in customer service and always put our candidates and clients first! I enjoy all the personal interactions and developing relationships with our clients. I am so happy to be a part of the JIT team!

Onsite Lead

With over five and a half years at Just in Time Staffing, I specialize in onsite collaboration with large clients to drive continuous improvement and enhance workplace culture. I work closely with leadership to refine policies, improve procedures, and reduce turnover rates. Passionate about connecting talent with the right opportunities, I support businesses in building strong teams and fostering a positive, efficient environment where both employers and employees can thrive.
