What is the cost of JIT’s services for job seekers?
Zero! We are happy to not pass a cost on to candidates for applying with us.
What is the process to get hired?
After applying, a staffing specialist will review skill set and qualifications. At that time, we will match you with a position that fits well with what you are looking for. You will be invited to one of our locations for an interview, or possibly interview directly with the Client as well, and complete pre-employment paperwork. The typical turn-around time from application to hire is 1-3 days. This will vary based on position and Client.
What kind of jobs does JIT hire for?
We are proud to work with the best companies in manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and more! Our open positions range from entry-level, to skilled and professional roles.
How long do assignments last?
Most of our assignments are long-term temporary to permanent. The length of assignment will depend on how well you are performing and will vary by Client.
What benefits does JIT offer?
We offer a minimum essential healthcare option, vacation time, and paid holidays. These benefits will vary by Client and hours worked. Additionally, we provide referral bonuses, attendance bonus’ and have annual appreciation picnics and other events that provide an opportunity for prizes.
How do I track my hours worked?
Hours worked can be tracked several ways and will vary by Client. Some Clients utilize time clocks that you will use to punch in and out. Others will supply a paper timecard for you to complete and get a supervisor signature for approval of hours.
When do I get paid?
We are happy to provide weekly paychecks on Friday’s. When you start working you may elect a pay card or direct deposit to receive your pay.
What if I have a problem with my paycheck?
We work hard to ensure accuracy with employee pay. We know how important it is! However, if there is any issue you may contact our payroll department directly at 440-527-6071, and we will be happy to resolve.
How do I access my employee/pay information?
When you applied with us, you created an account with a username/password. This will be used to log into the Employee Portal. You may log in using the below link. It can also be found on our home page of the website. Click here to access the Employee Portal.
How do I get an employment verification?
We use a 3rd party administrator for employment verifications.
