I am currently applying this knowledge in my role as Regional Sales Director for Just In Time Staffing, where I am responsible for business development, client retention, and the overall successes of client’s experience with JIT.
This experience has allowed me to identify hiring trends within the industry and formulate custom strategies for each client. Like every person… each client is unique and important to me. My name is Crystal Guzman and I’ve been with JIT for 3 years and counting!! I started at the front desk, 6 months later got promoted to be an On-Site Lead Recruiter and recently became an On-Site Supervisor for our Middlefield location. Hard work and dedication pays off, and JIT has provided me the opportunity to grow. Daily, I strive to support both my clients and candidates needs and build strong relationships with them.
As and On-Site Supervisor, I get to work and interact with my staff daily to ensure a positive and productive work place.
