About Position

A premiere partner, a leader in producing candles is now hiring dependable people on all shifts in New Albany, OH. These are entry level positions and training will be provided.

Shift

Full time schedules are available with the opportunity to work overtime. 10-hour days worked Monday-Friday, some Saturdays but very few.

A Shift: 6:30AM-5PM Monday-Friday

B Shift: 4:00PM-3AM Monday-Friday

Compensation: $13.00/hr. – $13.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stand on a production line to assemble candles
• Check candles to ensure the appropriate amount of wax is in each jar
• Scrap off excess wax on outside of candle jar
• Ensure candle wicks are standing straight up
• Accurately record scrap, downtime, and production on/for the production/scrap tracking
• report
• Maintain housekeeping as needed and at the end of the shift
• Immediately informs shift/department crew leader of any changes in product quality or
• Machine operation
• Perform any other duties as requested by the shift/dept. crew supervisor
• Clearly communicates with prior and subsequent shift associates

 Candidates MUST:

• Have 6 – 12 months of proven work history
• Pass pre-employment screening
• Physically be able to work 10-hour shifts, a lot of standing, moving, stepping, hand
• coordination etc.
• Follow onsite policies
• Maintain a productive pace of work
